Sparkle API

Introduction

Contact us at support@getsparkle.io to get access to the API. Once you have access, you can find your ClientId and ClientSecret here: https://app.getsparkle.io/manage/apikeys (if you do not have access to this page, try signing out and in again)

Using those credentials you can request an access token (valid for 24 hours) by doing a POST like so:

            
                        POST https://api.getsparkle.io/oauth/token HTTP/1.1
                        Host: api.getsparkle.io
                        Content-Type: application/x-www-form-urlencoded
                        grant_type=client_credentials&client_id={your-client-id}&client_secret={your-client-secret}
                

The result is a json object with your access token:

            
                        {"access_token":"{your-access-token}","token_type":"bearer","expires_in":84000}
                    

Put this access token in the HEADER of your requests to the API:

            
                        GET /v0.1/feed HTTP/1.1
                        Host: api.getsparkle.io
                        Authorization: Bearer {your-access-token}
